How do I Log-In? I am having Log-in difficulties?
Click on the menu link labeled ‘Log In’ in the menu at the top of the page. Enter the username and password you selected at the time of registration. Click on ‘Login’. Once you are logged in, you can go to the show pages to view the membership videos.
If you have forgotten your username or password, you can click on the ‘forget your username’ or ‘forget your password’. This will bring you to a screen to enter your email address. Enter the email address you used for your membership, and an email will be sent to you with information to recover or reset your login information.
I signed up for the newsletter, does that mean I am a subscriber to the network?
Thanks for signing up for our e-blasts, but that doesn’t make you a subscriber. Subscribing is really easy though. Here’s what you do to subscribe to GLO TV
There are two ways to subscribe. You can click on the ‘Log In’ button in the top menu, then click on the ‘Register’ button within that window. Select your membership option and complete the transaction.
Special Note: PayPal handles all of our subscriptions, so you must have a PayPal membership to create Glo subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We hope to keep you as a subscriber to GLO TV but if for some reason you need to cancel your subscription, please take the following easy steps
Our subscriptions are handled through Paypal. To cancel your subscription, you must log into your paypal account and cancel the recurring subscription.
Why can't I view the videos using my mobile device?
Glo TV is in the process of upgrading all of our videos and players to be compatible with all mobile media devices. We expect this to be complete by mid August. We thank you for your patience during the transition. Meanwhile, you can still view the videos on your regular computer.
I am having problems watching the shows, what can I do?
Please fill out the Customer Service Form below and please include as much detail as possible about what problem you’ve experienced.
Please Include the following:
- the date and time of the problem,
- the show you were watching and
- what type of internet connection you were using.
